1.Compușii lui some sunt

• somebody   –   cineva
• someone     –    cineva
• something  –    ceva
• somewhere – undeva

2. Compușii lui any sunt:

• anyone – cineva (prop. interogative), oricine (prop. afirmative), nimeni (prop.negative)
• anybody – cineva (prop. interogative), oricine (prop. afirmative), nimeni (prop.negative)
• anything  -ceva (prop. interogative), orice (prop. afirmative), nimic (prop.negative)
• anywhere  –  oriunde, nicăieri
• anyhow   –   oricum

3. Compușii lui no sunt:

• no one     –    nimeni
• nobody  –   nimeni
• nothing  –   nimic
• nowhere –   nicăieri

4. Compușii lui every sunt:

• everyone   –     fiecare, toți toată lumea
• everybody  –   fiecare, toți toată lumea
• everything  –   tot, toate
• everywhere –  peste tot, pretutindeni

ATENȚIE Everybody se acordă cu verb la singular.
Everybody knows him. - Toată lumea îl cunoaște./ Toți îl cunosc.

Exemple:   Somebody/Someone has brought you abook.

                   Has anybody/anyone brought me a book?

                   Nobody/None has bought you a book?

I want to show you something.

I have nothing to show you

I haven’t anything to show you.

Do you have anything to show me?
